We offer an OEM service that allows us to manufacture products to your original specifications.

① First inquiry

First, please provide the following information:

② Meeting and confirmation of plan contents

During the meeting, we will discuss the concept and image of the product and decide on the details of the plan.
Considering the materials to be used, design, lot size, budget, etc.
Based on the project details, we will propose a rough price and delivery schedule.
(e.g. type of bead, quality of bead, color, size, texture, etc.)

③ Sample production (approximately 1 to 3 weeks)

We will create a sample according to the content of your project.
Check the completed sample
If you have any requests for changes to the design, material, size, etc., please let us know.
After adjustments, if the sample is approved, we will move on to full production.
*Sample production will incur additional costs.

④ Final estimate (approximately 2 days)

Once the design is finalized, we will provide you with a final quote.
Please check and if there are no problems, place your order.
*We require a 50% deposit when placing your order.

⑤ Full production (approximately 2 to 13 weeks)

After confirming your payment, we will send you the sample and product specifications.
Production begins in the atelier, where technicians sew the garments.
Each piece is carefully handcrafted by a craftsman.
Please note that the production period may vary depending on the design specifications and lot size .

⑥ Inspection

After sewing is complete, the product goes through an inspection process.
During inspection, we check whether the product color, product number, size, etc. match the order details.
Furthermore, check that there are no threads sticking out, that there are no broken needles, etc.
Manual verification will be performed.

⑦ Delivery (approximately 3 to 5 weeks)

After inspection is complete, the products will be bagged and packaged and delivered to the designated location.
*If the product is produced in an overseas atelier, delivery may take longer than domestic delivery.
*Shipping charges will be charged separately depending on the weight and delivery destination.
